We offer yoga & wellness classes, courses and retreats for the Whole Family.
NEW TO YOGA?
We offer yoga for beginners that will teach the fundamentals of Ashtanga yoga. Slow-paced, strength and flexibility building, we practice moving meditation using the 'ocean breath' to tune in and create energy in the body. We learn to practice safely and listen to our bodies.
Kind words from our community:
I attended mom and baby yoga, it was truly amazing! I wish I had been able to continue going, but this summer hope to attend Mom and Tot.

I first came to yoga because I needed a recharge for my mind/body/soul. It brings peace to my life. My friend teaches here & encouraged me to attend! I feel comfortable coming to your studio. Your teachers are awesome too.
– Brandi Bitz
I tried TRX and at home workouts. It didn’t keep me as motivated and I didn’t receive the mental/spiritual component that goes along with yoga. I love being adjusted and having it explained what each pose it focusing on or what is going on physically when we are in a pose.

I come just to enjoy the practice and to see myself advancing every time I practice. Satya Yoga is a great place to practice for all levels! The instructors there have really helped me become more confident and accepting with my own practice. Satya Yoga is a great studio!

I am more flexible and in better shape in my late fifties than I ever was as a teenager. I attribute this to yoga. I feel supported and safe at Satya yoga. All of the people at the studio from the instructors to the participants are encouraging and welcoming. I believe it is very important that people who may be less than confident in their physical and emotional well-being have a place where they are accepted for who they are. Satya Yoga is a community of people who understand the journey is more important than the destination. More importantly, we are all on the journey together.

I am so grateful for the ambition, hard work, passion and dedication of the yoga instructors. In my first and second trimester of my pregnancy I took a gentle flow and hips class taught by Sue. I very much appreciated the extra time, effort and research that Sue put into the class to have modifications for me specified towards my pregnancy. The extra mile made a huge difference in my feelings towards going to class and made my experience so much better. I will be going back to the studio and most definitely will attend Sue’s classes, she is amazing!

I was hesitant to get started, partly because of my age. After 2 months, I am enjoying the benefits of feeling more confident. My only wish is that I should have started earlier. I appreciate the personal direction for improving moves and to be allowed to participate at my own level. The instructors are very supportive. Thanks for everything Satya Yoga.

An excellent place for learning and growing. I appreciate the patient guidance, being given alternative postures.

I’ve been a yogi of this studio since it opened and have seen many changes!! I have learned so much and grown myself as this studio has grown through the years. I am grateful that we have access to the classes that we do and the teachers at Satya! Namaste !

I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience of Satya Yoga and all the instructors who are very willing to help you gain the best learning experience and results you can. They have supported me, so I can work through my limitations, which have greatly benefited both my mind and body.

I was very nervous and anxious to start Yoga but was looking for a healthy outlet to managing my anxiety and asthma. Since starting Yoga I feel much calmer and more controlled in my breathing. The teacher makes it fun and enjoyable, there is no pressure and everyone is there to have a good time and work on themselves. It is a very positive environment and I recommend it to everyone!!
