Gentle Flow
This gentle flow includes asanas for stretching all parts of the body in a slower, moderate tempo and is an excellent class for beginners but can also be a great practice for yogis of all levels. The sequence varies a little bit every week to keep it interesting and fun !

Creative Flow
These classes use the linking together of movement and breath to create a ‘Vinyasa Flow’. They utilize poses from the Ashtanga Yoga Primary and Intermediate Series. Every class will be different, because the postures can be put in any order. This is different front Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. You will cultivate balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance while having fun; you will enjoy moving to the music! Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga is suggested before taking these classes.

Gentle Flow with Yin inspired Hips
This class is perfect for people who want to try yoga for the first time or for those who are looking for a softer approach to their practice. In this class we combine gentle yoga poses with Yin inspired postures. Yin yoga is a practice that teaches us to relax and accept ourselves the way we are. It targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine through poses which are held for longer periods of time. Come and expand your yoga practice and experience stillness and deep renewal.

Restorative yoga is about slowing down and resting the body and the mind. It is a relaxing style of yoga that is intended to be healing and nurturing. Various props are used to support the body in different postures, so a form of deep relaxation can be experienced. Because the body and mind let go, literally becoming softer, we can create space to get in touch with ourselves and sooth the nervous system. All levels are encouraged to attend, including people with injuries or sensitivities.

Iyengar Yoga
This Iyengar Yoga class focuses on longer holds to work on alignment and mindfulness while increasing strength, balance and flexibility. Props such as bolsters and chairs are used to make yoga accessible to all and to allow the body to adapt to different postures. This class is open to everyone; people struggling with health issues, beginners, as well as those who would like to deepen and expand their practice.
